Sander Koster succeeds Jan Geitenbeek as Managing Director of Royal Sens
As of 1st January 2023, Sander Koster has been appointed as Managing Director of Royal Sens due to the retirement of Jan Geitenbeek. Jan Geitenbeek has led Royal Sens for more than 16 years.
Solid basis for further growth
Under the leadership of Jan Geitenbeek, Royal Sens has established a strong position in the European labels and packaging market, and in recent years the dynamic company has been prepared for yet further growth. Jan Geitenbeek: “Since investment company Quadrum Capital came on board three years ago, we have made significant investments in our production facilities. The technically advanced Comexi press is a good example of this. As a result, we have laid a solid foundation for the future. In Sander Koster, Royal Sens has the ideal man to successfully shape this growth.’
Continue building on long-term relationships
Sander Koster has held deputy directorships at successful internationally renowned companies, including Shell, H2 Equity Partners and Contiweb, and has expertise in the development of organisations towards long-term growth. This is also his focus in his new role as Managing Director of Royal Sens.
Sander Koster: ‘Royal Sens is a wonderful production company, it has the technical and operational environment that appeals to me because of my technical background. The company builds on more than 125 years of history, strong technical craftsmanship, and great loyalty amongst customers and employees. A lot of our people have been with Royal Sens for many years and they are at the heart of how we produce 40 million labels day in, day out. Every day we deliver to well-known international A-brands and private label producers. I look forward to the future of continuing to build on the success of Royal Sens from this great foundation.’
