Certification
At Royal Sens we work to very strict standards with regard to quality, hygiene, working conditions, safety and sustainability. Our efforts in these areas are underlined by certificates from independent certification bodies that audit us anually.
ISO 9001:2015
With regard to Quality Management, Royal Sens follows the strictest international requirements. In addition to the standards imposed on us by law and regulations, we comply with everything our customers require of us in this area.
BRCGS Packaging Materials
The BRC Global Standard for Packaging Materials certificate guarantees that food manufacturers around the world can safely use Royal Sens products. The awarding body BRCGS has awarded us AA status. In addition, all Royal Sens production sites meet the requirements of the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).
FSC®
The FSC® quality mark shows that Royal Sens takes corporate social responsibility seriously. Where possible, we try to encourage our customers to use FSC®-certified paper for their labels. We already print more than 90% of paper labels on paper that originates from ecologically responsible forest management. Our paper suppliers are also FSC® certified.
DPG
As holder of the DPG certificate from the Deutsche Pfandsystem GmbH, Royal Sens is allowed to produce labels for the German deposit return system. In Germany, a label with a deposit logo is treated as a security item. That is why the standards for ink and paper use, among other things, are extra strict.Royal Sens handles this as standard.
Sedex
As a Sedex registered company, Royal Sens is part of a transparent supply chain within the food industry. Based on ethical considerations, we are committed to responsible purchasing and optimal working conditions in the chain.
EcoVadis
EcoVadis, the collaborative platform for corporate social responsibility, has awarded Royal Sens a ‘Silver Status’. The collaboration with EcoVadis helps us to keep up with the latest standards in the field of ecological and social entrepreneurship.
